Refund Policy
This policy explains how refunds are reviewed for digital services, content creation, website development, eBooks, consulting, and online products.
Service-Based Work
Because CoWrit Technologies provides custom digital work, refunds are reviewed based on project progress, approved milestones, delivered drafts, and the terms agreed before work begins.
Completed Deliverables
Completed and approved services are generally non-refundable. Revisions may be offered when the delivered work does not reasonably match the agreed scope.
Deposits and Cancellations
Deposits may be non-refundable once planning, research, writing, design, development, or consultation work has started. If a client cancels before work begins, refund eligibility may be reviewed case by case.
Digital Products
Downloadable files, templates, eBooks, and other digital products are usually non-refundable after access or delivery, unless required by applicable law.
